WA Academy has Government Funded courses available to eligible jobseekers in Skills for Success – SHB20121 Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics (Full Time).
These Government Funded courses are available through our Job Seeker Program for those who are either unemployed or underemployed.
The Government Funded Job Seeker Program delivers a choice of Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics (make-up) and Certificate II in Salon Assistant (Hairdressing). In order to qualify for this program you must possess a current Health Care Card.

The course duration is 15 weeks (4 days per week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at WA Academy campus in Bentley from 9.30am to 4.30pm each day).
The course is Government Funded and the total tuition fees are dependent on which stream of elective units the student selects. These fees can either be paid in full or on a payment plan over the 15 week course duration via direct debit.
If a student enrols into the makeup elective stream of units the total tuition fees are $690.90.
If a student enrols into the beauty elective stream of units the total tuition fees are $661.50.
