If so, please fill in your details on the below model register and when a student requires a model they can contact you directly.

Please note that some model assessments have a fee associated with them; the student will advise the fee when booking you in.

* If a model is aged between 15 – 17 years of age, their parent/legal guardian must complete and sign a ‘Model Parental Consent Form’ prior to the service being carried out.

** Models cannot be under 15 years of age
