This refresher workshop will assist the qualified stylist or apprentice hairdresser with the skills and knowledge to confidently select and apply products to colour and lighten hair in a hairdressing salon. The products utilised are Wella and Redken. You will cover the underlying principles to colouring and lightening hair as well as the processes that are used in salons nowadays in Australia to achieve results clients are seeking.
This course is fantastic to gain confidence in foiling and learn new sectioning patterns and placements. A great refresher course. You will need to have an understanding of colour fundamentals and basic foiling skills or have completed our Colour & Lighten – Back to Basics hairdressing workshop first.
This course is aimed at qualified hairdressers who have the basic understanding of colour theory, colour selection and foil hair reasonably well or have attended our Foiling Techniques hairdressing workshop. It will give you the confidence to tackle corrective colour situations in the salon.

This back to basics cutting refresher course provides the very best foundation for boosting your skills and knowledge , which is only achieved by immersing yourself in hands-on practical work sessions and detailed tutorials. Our Cutting – Back to Basics workshop will give you the confidence to expand your repertoire and explore your talents. This cutting workshop concentrates on “classic techniques” thus expanding your range of cutting skills.
There is a strong emphasis on face shapes and bone structure. You will learn how to create styles for your clients based on their unique face shape and bone structure.
