CERTIFICATE IV IN BEAUTY THERAPY WRB40105

The WA Academy offers the Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy as both full-time & part-time courses with the ability to plan your study to meet your personal work and family commitments.

There are no pre requisites for Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy and you are able to start at this level with no experience at all in the beauty industry.

The qualification covers: introduction to the beauty industry,Waxing & bleaching, lash & brow tinting, facial treatments, advanced facial treatments, anatomy & physiology, Swedish body massage, manicure & pedicure, acrylic nails, merchandising & retailing as well as Makeup Artistry.

Full Time Study – 6 months

Intakes commencing in February and July each year.
Classes run Tuesday – Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm
During the course you are required to participate and organize client days which are during college hours

Part Time Study – 49 weeks

This course is offered over 49 weeks
Part Time courses give you the choice of studying either one day per week – Weekdays or Weekends or two evenings per week if this suits your lifestyle better.
Part Time courses have rolling intakes so there is no need to delay starting your course until February or July – you can start at a time that suits you.

Qualifications that you will achieve on completion of all units are:

Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy WRB40105 PLUS
Certificate II in Makeup Servcies WRB20204 PLUS
Certificate II In Nail Technolgoy WRH20104 PLUS
WA Academy Swedish Massage Certificate.
